“As we prepare to celebrate two and a half centuries of freedom, I am inviting America’s great religious communities to pray for our nation and for our people. From the beginning, this has always been a country sustained and strengthened by prayer. So important, if we bring religion back stronger, you’re going to see everything get better and better and better. You are going to see it get better and better. So, as we chart our course for the next 250 years, let us rededicate ourselves to one nation under God.” – President Trump, Iowa, July 3, 2025
Fortitude is the God-given inner strength that enables us to stand firm, endure hardship, and remain faithful in obedience over time—because God is faithful and He sustains us! The Lord has already given us victory! now we USE fortitude to keep our faith strong and walk victory in our daily lives. This is a year to:
grow deeper AND STRONGER; remain steady & STEADFAST IN the process; UNWAIVERING IN OUR FAITH & BELIEF, and HAVE COURAGE & Trust that God is establishing what He has spoken. As we move forward together, fortitude will anchor our faith, shape our character, and carry us into the fullness of all God has prepared AND PLANNED FOR US. AMEN!.
Scripture of the Year: “But the Lord is faithful, and he will strengthen you and protect you from the evil one.” - 2 Thessalonians 3:3

“So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up.” - Ephesians 4:11-12
In the decade of the mouth (Pey), we are called to speak God’s Word boldly, for what we declare in faith will be established. This truth is vital as we step into the Hebraic year 5786, beginning September 22, 2025 — a year marked by change, divine establishment, fruitfulness, and supernatural blessing. In Hebrew, every year is more than just a number; it is a tapestry of divine intent, a whisper of Heaven’s timing woven into creation. The number 6 is vav, a tent peg—a picture of connection and firm establishment. Vav reminds us that God is connecting Heaven to earth, His promises to His people, and His people to one another in unity. It speaks of being firmly established in our assignments, relationships, and identities. Just as tents can only expand when pegs are moved and driven deep into the ground, vav points to growth, multiplication, and fruitfulness. Isaiah 54:2 declares: “Enlarge the place of your tent, stretch out the curtains of your dwellings; do not hold back; lengthen your cords, and strengthen your stakes.” God is calling His people to make room and declutter—both spiritually and naturally. This is the time to drive our faith deeper, and to partner with God to stretch our natural and supernatural territory wider. Old patterns will be broken, new alignments and assignments will be established, and places of barrenness will give way to fertility and fruitfulness. God is releasing new life in places that once felt dry and forgotten. And just as the lame man was healed at the Gate Beautiful in Acts 3, we can expect personalized miracles, answered prayer, and timely breakthroughs— all arriving at the right place, at the right time. Hallelujah!
Beginning May 3, our children will be joining us weekly during the main Worship Service. After Joys and Concerns, we will have a brief children’s lesson at the front of the church. This is a special opportunity to invest in the next generation together as a church family. From time to time, we will plan special activities for the children and will share those details as they are scheduled. If you feel led to read a story or share a short lesson, please connect with Meg or Denise—we would love to have you be a part.
During the service, coloring sheets will be available in the box by the AV table. Additionally, a weekly take-home lesson will be provided. As always, the playroom will remain open for parents who may need it. We ask that all children in the play area be supervised at all times— no unattended children in the playroom or outside. Thank you for your help!
We want to sincerely thank our childcare team for their faithful service and dedication over the years. You have poured so much into our children, and we are truly grateful. We are praying this season brings you rest and refreshing!
We are excited for what God is doing in this new season and believe He is strengthening families and planting His Word deep in the hearts of our children. Thank you for helping us create a safe, loving, and Christ-centered environment for every child and family. May God Bless each one of you!
